The Maricopa County Assessor’s Office has recently implemented a new mass appraisal system, AA-GAMA. As we work to develop our reporting capabilities in the new system, many personalized reports and data sets that our office has been able to provide in previous years are not currently available. Please be aware of this impact if submitting a data request.
Our team is working diligently to build these reporting capabilities and asks for your understanding as we focus first on our mandatory reporting and statutory requirements. IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING DATA SETS
- File Format: All data sets are provided in pipe delimited (.txt) format. You must be able to convert this data into a usable format (our office is unable to assist with converting data).
- Size: All data sets are extremely large files so you must ensure your computer system can accept a large amount of data (our office is unable to assist with file size).
- Delivery: All data sets will be uploaded to our secured FTP site and links to data will be sent via email (our office is unable to assist with downloading files).
